THE SCHOOL 599 Boys in any Division of the Upper School can attend the ollege workshops for manual training at small extra harge ×™ Pupils of the School can be Specially Prepared for he Arts Science and Medical Faculties of the ollege and considerable reduction of the College ees is made to such pupils as have spent at least five erms in the School see page 609 It is particularly equested that when such special preparation is required information be given to the head master JH the time of the pupiljs entrance II WORKSHOP Professor Capper and Burstall In connexion with King's College School Workshops lave been established supplied with the necessary apparatus or Wood-work Metal-work Turning and Planing Pupils of the School have the opportunity of attending hese Workshops after the regular school-hours on payment 11 Is per Term for instruction For the cost of necessary 001s apply to the Professor They have special facilities for becoming practically icquainted with the details of Carpenters' Joiners' and Jabinet work so as to enable them to construct for them- selves Models either in Wood or Metal Special Prizes are given for Iron-work and Wood-work it the Annual Distribution of Prizes III gymnasium Master-R Castellote The Gymnasium is open to all boys on Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday for one hour after school on payment of fee of 7s per Term
