558 civil service classes -In reckoning age for Home Civil Service appoint- r8 ments persons who have served in the Army or Navy can 'Peni deduct from their actual age the full time during which they ee have served and persons who have served for two full con- secutive years in any situation to which they were admitted with the certificate of the Civil Service Commissioners or as ureS Registered Copyists in connection with the Civil Service can deduct from their actual age any time not exceeding five years w' which they may have spent in such service Inquiries respecting any particular class of appointment should be addressed to the Lecturer entrusted with the pre- paration of candidates for that appointment General inquiries with view to determine what examinations should be taken or what classes attended should be addressed to the P16' Dean of the Department Mr Braginton Edgcumbe House Friends' Road Croydon ichs ב General Arrangements All fees are payable in advance in the College Office any nt day between ten and four except on Saturday when the tort Office closes at two or one hour previous to the opening of Class on the first evening of any period After the first ψ meeting the College Office not being open the Lecturers pi receive the fees Students must pay their fees in the College Office and 6c purchase supply of stationery if required from the Hall ice Porter before proceeding to their class-room On paying She their fees they are required to name on the College form of Ig admission the Clergyman of the district in which they live 111 or their employer or the head of their Office or some other pi known person to whom if necessary reference can be made pi Any fee or part of fee paid for one Class can upon sre sufficient reason being shown be transferred to any other Class nit Student who has joined for one or two attendances per week and wishes to increase the number of his attendances gl per week can do so by paying the difference of the fees 10
