502 EVENING CLASSES The instruction given in this Department is for the purpos of acquiring the style considered essential viz good bold legible handwriting divested of any superfluous decoratior The attainment of this requires close and careful practice SOLICITORS INTERMEDIATE EXAMINATIONS Tuesdays and Thursdays at Fee Ā£3 3s for the Course Classes are held to prepare Candidates for the above Examinations The one for the January Examination commencing about the middle of October and the one foi the April Examination commencing in January Students from these classes have been very successful at th Examinations Syllabus Model outlines and analyses of statutes will be given The subjects will be treated in the following order Introductory-Nature of the Examination-Howtoread- Laws in general-Arrangement of Commentaries-Rights in general Things real-their divisions-Acquisition by various titles Deeds Devises Copyholds Incorporeal here- ditaments Things personal-their divisions-how acquired-Contract -Bankruptcy-Wills and Administrations- Master and servant-Domestic relations Civil injuries-Remedies at common law and in equity- Procedure Text-book Stephen's Commentaries on the haws of England Eleventh edition The number of the class will be limited
