322 FACULTY OF MEDICINE ambroofee Exhibitions Two Exhibitions are given annually one of £60 one of £40 out of the interest accruing from the legacy to the College by the late Thomas Godfrey Sambrooke Esc The Examination is held in October and the Exhibitio are open to all Matriculated Students at the commenceme of either their Preliminary Science or Medical course any Student who joins the College in the preceding Sumni Session may compete The following are the subjects of examination Mathematics Arithmetic Algebra -As far as and including Quadral Equations together with Propc tion and Arithmetical and Ge metrical Progression Geometry -The first four books of Euclid the subjects thereof Elementary Physics -As for Preliminary Scien Examination of the University of London Inorganic Chemistry with practical qualitati1 analysis Botany with practical examination Zoology with practical examination The amount of these Exhibitions will be allowed most convenient to the successful candidates in reduction the fees payable for the Medical course The Examination will begin at 10 on Monda October 1893 Candidates must give in their names to the Secretary the College on form to be obtained in the office on before on Thursday September 28 No Student can compete for the "Warneford" Fin Class Scholarships and "Sambrooke" Exhibitions or gai י י' י Τ Μ ן י 1ן ιΠ ί Μ
