210 FACULTY OF SCIENCE VII tl 11 THE ASSOCIATESH1P Kverv Candidate for this distinction Must have been regular in his attendance at the Divinit Lectures and must have passed the periodical Examinations in this subject satisfactorily Exemption from this rule will be granted in the case ο Foreigners on request from their Parents or Guar- dians to the Principal Must have pursued his studies as Matriculated Student of this Faculty for nine Terms This period is reduced to six Terms in the case oi those who have previously passed three Terms in the Faculty of ArtSc Students wishing to claim this advantage must make personal application to the Secretary at the time of entrance to this Faculty and if the claim is allowed thev will be reckoned as Fourth Term Students III Must produce Certificate of proficiency in study as evinced by at least two Certificates of Distinction or four Certificates of Merit gained in different subjects IV Must apply on printed form to be obtained in the College office to the Dean of his Division not later than June 15 stating the claims and qualifications which he then possesses fee of £1 15 is charged for the Diploma VI An Associate cannot be elected Scholar or obtain Prize in the Department in which he gained his Associateship
