63 Under the above separate divisions information respecting the College is given in the following pages The general government and administration of the College is under the Act of Parliament vested in the Council The whole of the College is under the supervision of the Principal and the teaching is conducted by him and by the Vice-Principal Professors Lecturers and Demonstrators each Department being under the special superintendence of one of the Professors annually appointed as its Dean The School is under the special charge of the Hea Master and his Assistant Masters The Students of the College are either Matriculated or occasional Matriculated Students are those admitted to the regular nd full prescribed course of study in their respective Departments Occasional Students are those who being unable to attend Ithe whole course are desirous of studying any particular subject or subjects Rooms are provided in College for small number of 'Matriculated Students see 599 and some of the Pro- fessors and Educational Staff receive Students into their own houses see 604
