47Γ EVENING CLASSE8 confer Certificate of Merit is 60 marks to 75 The Stand- ard for Third Class is 50 marks up to 60 All below 50 are placed in the Fourth Class The number of marks gained is not made known but Student may ascertain in the Office the Class in which he has been placed and his position in that Class VIII The Prizes are given at an Evening Meeting held during the Summer Session The Certificates may be obtained by application at the College Office on the same evening IX Certificates of having College prize made out under the signatures of the Principal and Secretary may be obtained by application at the College Office Fee 2s Gd for each Certificate XIV Scholarships and Prizes open to all Matriculated Students of the College Conditions on which such Scholarships and Prizes will be open to Matriculated Students of the Evening Classes They must have attended at least two Winter Sessions at the time of sending in their names and be attending in the Term in which the Competition takes place They must be under twenty-two years of age on the day fixed for sending in the Compositions or beginning the examination They mnst not be on the day fixed for sending in the Compositions or beginning the examination Graduates of any University or Associates of Ring's College London -The open Scholarships consist of the "Daniell" for Chemistry and the "InglisM for English Literature and Modern History The open Prizes consist of the "Trench" for Greek Testa- ment the "McCaul" for Hebrew the '1 Stephen for an
