technical classes 489 VIII The CARPENTERS' COMPANY acting in connection with the COUNCIL OF KING'S COLLEGE LONDON have resolved on establishing at King's College in the Strand Evening Lectures on Building Construction and Archi- tecture Drawing Classes and Classes for Instruction in Wood-Carving all beginning on Monday October LECTURES These will be given on Monday from 15 to 15 by Banister Fletcher Esq Professor of Building Construction and Architecture at King's College SUBJECTS Foundations Brickwork Building Stones Timber its several forms and uses Iron and its use in Building Limes Cements and Concrete Masonry Fireproof Construction Carpentry roofs and their constructions Plastering and Materials Plumbing and Sanitation Fee £1 Is for each Term II DRAWING CLASSES AND CLASSE OF DESIGN These will be held on Monday from 15 to 15 by Pro- fessor Banister Fletcher assisted by Demonstrator Fee £1 Is for each Term Those attending the Lectures or the Drawing Classes will have the advantage of the Technical Reference and Lending Library the Librarian attending each Monday evening
