department for ladies 393 GEOLOGY By Seeley Professor of Geography in King's College Michaelmas and Lent Terms Thursday 2-3 Lectures on the Geological History and Succession of Life on the Earth The History of existing Genera which have undergone no change during Geological Time II The History of Surviving Types of Life which have preserved the characters of their Order but have varied with succession in time III The History and succession of Extinct groups of Animals and their relation to Surviving Life These lectures will be illustrated with photographs shown by the lantern and with diagrams During the summer from April till July Professor Seeley will conduct class for Field-work study of the Geology of the London District on Saturday afternoons Applications for membership are made to the Secretary of that Class Herbert Bentley 31 Adolphus Road Brownswood Park South Hornsey
