THE SCHOOL 525 XIV RESIDENCE OF BOARDERS Pupils may reside with their parents or friends II Boarders are received by the Senior Mathematical Master Mr Edward Brooksmith at Stone Lodge St John's Kent Stone Lodge is on high ground close to the St John's station of the South Eastern Railway in healthy and bracing position Trains run frequently to Charing Cross and Cannon Street occupying to Cannon Street sixteen minutes Blackheath and Greenwich Park re within ten minutes walk and the Crystal Palace can be reached by train in few minutes The terms are Twenty Guineas per Term payable in advance exclusive of the School Fees One Guinea per Term is charged for Washing and One Guinea at entrance for the use of plate linen &c One Term's notice is required in case of removal XV REGULATIONS AS TO PUPILS ENTERING THE COLLEGE The following Regulations must be observed in case the parent or guardian of any Pupil in the School desires him to be transferred into the General Literature Science or Engineering Departments of the College He must have attained the age of 16 He must produce to the Principal before he takes out his card of admission Certificate signed by the Head Master That during at least the two preceding Terms his conduct has been good
