304 MEDICAL DEPARTMENT Candidates must deliver their names in writing to the Dean on Thursday March 13 specifying the subjects in which they wish to be examined the date of their entrance to the College and the number of Courses they have attended upon each subject in which they wish to be examined The next Examination for Prizes in the subjects of the Summer Session will commence on Monday July 14 1890 Candidates are required to deliver their names to the Dean in the manner described in the preceding clause on Monday July -A Schedule of attendance upon the Lectures at the College and Hospital may be obtained by application to the Dean Blank forms for separate Certificates for each Course may be obtained from the Secretary of the College on payment of fee of 6d for each form these must subsequently be filled up by the Dean Certificates of having obtained College Prize made out under the signature of the Principal and Secretary may be obtained by application at the College office Fee 25 6d for each Certificate XXIII ODlmtcal ODledts dressers Jjpstna assistant fifouse Surgeons $rc GENERAL RULES All appointments to these offices are made by the Council of King's College London upon the recommendation of the Medical Officers of the Hospital The examinations take place at the College Examinations of candidates to fill these offices will be held on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday October and 1889 and on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday March 10 11 and 12 L890 The appointments severally take effect from the 1st November and the 1st May following
