MEDICAL DEPARTMENT 245 Β Medical Evidence Specially Questions affecting Health or Life י Assaults and Homicide Wounds and other external injuries asphyxia starvation poisons &c Suicide Offences against Chastity Rape &c Concealment of Pregnancy Criminal Abortion Infanticide Malapraxis Questions affecting Civil Rights or Social States Marriage and Divorce Impotence and Sterility Live Birth Survivorship Insanity Feigned Diseases The Course is illustrated by drawings preparations and specimens and by numerous examples from recorded trials Text-book Guy and Ferrier's Principles of Forensic Medicine Special Class embracing the above syllabus will be held for Barristers Law Students and others during the ensuing Hilary Term commencing Monday January 13th at 17 Comparative Anatomy and Zoology Course of two Lectures week will be given in the Winter Session in which the subject will be treated as com- pletely as time permits The Invertebrata will form the subject of the Lectures before and the 7ertebrata that of those after Christmas The Museum is provided with the specimens required by he Student and the Professor will give advice or assistance is to the manner in which they should be studied For the Practical Class see Practical Biology page 238
