G50 BYE-LAWS Certificates of Donations 12 The Council shall give to every Donor who shall require it printed Certificate that he is Donor of the First or the Second Class respectively signed by the Secretary and any transferree of or successor to the position of Donor of the First Class with the consent of the Council according to the Act may also require such certificate on giving up his predecessor's certificate Instruments appointing new Donors to he lodged with the Secretary 13 The instrument nominating successor to or substitute for Donor under the Act shall be delivered to the Secretary before such nomination shall be accepted by the Council and shall be kept in the Office of the College Number of Fellows 14 The number of Fellows to be elected annually shall not exceed three exclusive of those who have held or who are still holding offices in the College qualifying them for Fellowships Bye-Laws to be confirmed at following meeting ofjhe Council 15 No new Bye-law nor any alteration in the existing Bye-laws shall be valid unless the same be adopted at one meeting of the Council after notice and confirmed at follow- ing meeting of the Council and unless the summons for such last-mentioned Meeting contain Copy of the new Bye-law or of the proposed alteration
