96 THEOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT XI -The opener of every discussion shall be allowed twenty minutes each subsequent speaker ten minutes and η Member shall speak more than once on matter not connected with private business except the opener who shall have the right of reply XII -Each Member may introduce one visitor to the meeting and such visitors may be invited by the Chairman to take part in the proceedings The Committee shall have power to grant extra tickets of admission if they think it desirable XIII -The Chairman's decision shall be final on all points of order and he shall have casting vote in all discussions XIV -No alteration in or addition to the laws of the Society shall be made except at General Meeting notice having been given at previous meeting and then or ly pro- vided that not less than two-thirds of the Members present vote for such alteration or addition XV7 -It shall be lawful for any ten Members of the Society to call upon the Secretary to summon special General Meet- ing to consider any question of importance at the expiration of fourteen days from the receipt of such notice by the Secretary XVI -A copy of these Laws shall be sent to every Member of the Society Students of this Department who have received Certificates of having passed their final Examination during the past Academical Year First Class Baverstock Edward Perry Jenks Walter Chambers Arthur Manning William Henry Cleworth Frederick William May William Lupton Cockson Harry Twitchell Thomas Clayton Gash Richard Henry Wall Richard
