THE SCHOOL 513 1875 Moberly Henry 1876 Matthews George Frederick 1877 Tyer Walter Edward 1878 Otton George Walker 1879 Billett Frederick 1380 Fuller Harry Howard 1881 Lewis Harry Samuel 1882 McKenna Reginald 1883 Brodie Thomas Grigor 1884 Day Walter 1S86 Twenty man John Musgrave 1887 Bishop Ferdinand Sherriff Founded by the Salted Company of London and to be continued during the pleasure of the Court The Exhibition is of the value of £80 per annum and is tenable for four years It will be awarded in accordance with the results of an examination in subjects to be published in the Miehaelmas Term 1887 The next award will be made in July 1888 Candidates must not exceed nineteen years of age 011 July 15 of the year in which the Examination takes place and must have been at least three academical years in the School If in the Examination the son of Freeman of the Salted Company shall be found of equal merit with any other Candidate such son of Freeman shall have the preference Each Exhibitioner must matriculate within twelve months after the award at Oxford Cambridge London or Durham and failing his so doing the Exhibition will be forfeited and again thrown open to competition κ κ
