466 civil service classes thereby secures re-admission to his Competition after two years' service Inquiries respecting any particular class of appointment should be addressed to the Lecturer entrusted with the pre- paration of candidates for that appointment General inquiries with view to determine what examinations should be taken or what classes attended should be addressed to the Dean of the Department Mr Braginton Edgcumbe House Friends' Road Croydon General Arrangements All fees are payable in advance in the College Office any day between ten and four except on Saturday when the Office closes at two or one hour previous to the opening of Class on the first evening of any period After the first meeting the College Office not being open the Lecturers receive the fees Students must pay their fees in the College Office and purchase supply of stationery if required from the Hall Porter before proceeding to their class-room On paying their fees they are required to name on the College form of admission the clergyman of the district in which they live or their employer or the head of their office or some other known person to whom if necessary reference can be made Students desirous of commencing or continuing their studies during the vacation of the Class they wish to join or rejoin should attend Class and those who have the whole of their time at their disposal or have any special weakness are recommended to attend Class for individual instruction to supplement their Class lectures Any fee or part of fee paid for one Class can upon sufficient reason being shown be transferred to any other Class iw 0Wi Μ iiy iWiioiiai bo ar mSf' Student who has joined for one or two attendances per week and wishes to increase the number of his attendances per week can do so by paying the difference of the fees Fees are not returned in any circumstances except those specially mentioned in this prospectus
