504 THE SCHOOL Prof Bloxam PCS Chemistry Thomson Johnson Class Tutor CD Webb Tutor in Chemistry Jackson Tutor in Physics Herroun Tutor in Botany Groves Members of the Class are allowed the use of the Medical Library in the College and are periodically examined in their work by the Professors in their respective subjects They attend the College Chapel at 30 and are subject in all points essential to the usual discipline of the School Fees for the Class including the School Fees and all instruction as above but exclusive of special books 15 8s per Term with Ā£3 35 extra if the assistance of the Tutors is required II University of London Matriculation Class Special Class to prepare boys for this Examination has been placed under the charge of Webb assisted by Mr Thomson Demonstrator in Chemistry and Her Reinicke Senior German Master The Class is open to boys from any part of the School who can pass Preliminary Test Examination This Examination includes papers on the first four Books of Euclid Algebra as far as Simple Equations Arithmetic the Accidence of Latin French and either Greek or German It is found by experience that period of three Terms is as general rule absolutely necessary to qualify boy to pass this Examination Any Special Books required for the Examination must be provided by each member of the Class Lectures in the Chemistry prescribed by the Examiners are given by Mr Thomson Extra instruction is also given between the hours of and four days in the week at the rate of Four Guineas per Term Periodical Examinations of the Class are conducted under the direction of the Head Master
