33 BYE-LAWS made under the King's College London Act 1882 Adopted by the Council December 1882 All previous bye-laws are hereby rescinded Meetings of Governors meeting of the Governors shall be called by the Secretary in the same way as meetings of the Council when- ever it shall be thought necessary by any two or more Governors or by the Council for any special purpose to be stated in the notices Adjournment of Meetings of Governors If three Governors shall not be present or if three Governors being present majority at such meeting shall so decide such meeting shall and may be adjourned to another day and fresh notice shall be sent to all the Governors Meetings of Council The Council shall meet once in every month during the College Terms but they may also meet whenever they think fit or whenever any two of them shall by notice in writing direct the Secretary to summon meeting The Council may always fix their next meeting at such time as may be con- venient and make general rules for the time of their meetings subject to any variation from time to time
