380 EVENING CLASSES Most of these Classes have special reference to the and Matriculation Examinations at the University of London or to the Entrance Examination of the Theological Department All these Classes except when otherwise stated begin at 30 and last one hour and half The Fee for each separate subject will be 14s except in the cases of Practical Chemistry Practical Metallurgy and Practical Biology which are 11 Is If the Blowpipe and Geology Classes are taken together the fee will be 11 Is XI Science Scholarships and Exhibitions Given by the Clothtoorkcrs Company -The following will be given every year viz Two Prizes of £10 each Two Scholarships of £20 each tenable for two years Two Exhibitions of £10 tenable for one year II -The Prizes are open at the close of their third or fourth Winter Session to all Students of the Evening Classes who produce certiiicates of regular attendance on any four of the following Courses of Lectures viz Mathematics Botany Chemistry or Practical Chemistry Mechanics Experimental Physics Applied Physics Geology Mineralogy Physical Geography Physiology Zoology Metallurgy or Applied Metallurgy Fuel Agriculture provided that such Students have not already gained one of the Science Scholarships or Exhibitions in this Department ן
