252 medical department 19 Pathological Anatomy This Course consists of Thirty Lectures which are de livered during the Summer Session The Lectures are illus- trated by diagrams specimens and microscopical preparations and the Post-mortem Examinations at the Hospital will supplement this course It is recommended that Students should examine the patho- logical series in the Hunterian Museum of the Royal College of Surgeons with the aid of the Catalogue as μ ell as the specimens in the King's College Museum 20 Dental Surgery Practical instruction in Dental Surgery is given three times week by the Dental Surgeon at the Hospital and Cli nical Lectures on Dental Surgery are delivered in the Hospital during the Winter Session 21 Ophthalmology Clinical Lectures on Ophthalmic Medicine and Surgery are delivered during the Winter Session 22 Hygiene Friday 3-4 course of Lectures on Hygiene will be given during the Winter Session The Lectures will be on the following subjects Air -Its impurities over-crowding ventilation Water -Its impurities diseases produced by the use of oad water constant and intermittent supply Epidemic Diseases with especial reference to their causation and preventability Disinfection -Hospitals for infectious cases conveyance of the sick Drainage and Sewage -Methods of utilising sewage con- truction and ventilation of sewers Healthy Houses -Conditions of healthy lodgment
