108 THEOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT Having passed satisfactorily an examination equi- valent to that required of other Students at the close of their first year viz in General Knowledge of Holy Scripture The Acts and Catholic Epistles in Greek General History of Articles and Prayer Book Hooker Book Pearson Article -III are admitted as Matriculated Students and mav obtain the Theological Testamur and Associate- ship of the College after three Academical Terms on duly passing the Final Examination IV EXAMINATIONS AND CERTIFICATES ν The regular course of instruction for Non-graduates requires an attendance either of six terms two years in the Morning Classes or of six terms two years in the Evening Classes followed by three terms one year in the Morning Classes The Final Certificate will only be given to those who have attended regularly and passed the following examina- tion -Entrance Examination Each Student unless he be an Associate in the Department of General Literature and Science at his entrance will be examined in- The Gospels according to St Mark and St Luke in Greek General Scripture History The Church Catechism with Explanations Cicero de Officiis Book or Cicero de Amicitia Virg iEn Xenophon Anabasis Book Greek and Latin Grammar including the translation of easy sentences into Greek and Latin
