GENERAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE ACADEMICAL YEAR 1882-83 -The Terms in the Theological General Literature and Applied Sciences Departments are as follows Michaelmas Term Oct to Dec 21 1882 Lent Term Jan 10 to March 21 1883 Easter Term April 12 to July 1883 -New Students are admitted one day previously to the above dates unless it be otherwise specified -In the Medical Department Winter Session Oct 1882 to Mar 22 1883 Summer Session May to July 27 1883 -In the Evening Classes 1st Half Oct to Dec 22 1882 mter Session 2d Half Jan lg M&rch Summer Session April 16 to June 29 1883 -In the School Michaelmas Term Sept 20 to Dec 20 1882 Lent Term Jan 17 to April 1883 Easter Term April 25 to July 25 1883 -New pupils are admitted on the preceding day Shrove Tuesday Ascension Day Whitsun Monday the Queen's Birthday and the Prince of Wales's Birthdav are kept as Holidays
