316 MEDICAL DEPARTMENT Of having attained the full age of twenty-one years Of good moral conduct Certificate of three months practical Pharmacy from some recognise Hospital or Dispensary or from qualified Medical Practitioner Of having pursued Course of Medical Study in conformity with tl Regulations of the Court as follows first year Winter Session -Chemistry Anatomy and Physiology including Demonstra tions and Dissections Summer Session Materia Medica and Therapeutics Botany Practica Chemistry second year Winter Session -Anatomy and Physiology including Dissections and Demon- strations Principles and Practice of Medicine Clinical Medical Practice Summer Session Clinical Medical Practice Midwifery and Diseases 0j Women and Children Forensic Medicine and Toxicology Clinical Medical Practice third year Winter Session -Clinical Medical Lectures Pathology ana Clinical Medical Practice Principles and Practice of Medicine Morbid Anatomy Summer Session -Practical Midwifery and Vaccination Morbid Anatomy Clinical Medical Practice Examination in Arts An Examination in Arts will be held at the Hall of the Society three times in the year viz on Friday and Saturday towards the close of the months of January April and September The subjects of Examination will be announced in the Medical Journals three months before each Examination Candidates for this Examination will be required to enter their names in book kept at the Beadle's Office not less than Week before the day of Examination together with Fee of One Guinea Professional Examinations Every Candidate intending to offer himself for Examination must give seven days' notice previous to the day of Examination and must at the same time deposit all the required Testimonials with the Fee at the Office of the Beadle where attendance is given every day except Sunday from Ten to Four o'clock Saturdays Ten to Two The Examination is divided into two parts and is conducted partly in writing and partly viva voce First Examination which may be passed after the Second Winter Session embraces the following subjects Physicians'Prescriptions and Pharmacy Anatomy and Physiology including an examination on the living subject General and Practical Chemistry Botany Materia Medica and Histology
