EVENING CLASSES 359 LATIN Friday Class I-Liyy Book Pr0feBS0r Warr Latin Composition optional י Class II -Henry's First Latin Book-Cor- nelius Nepos Exercises John Lamb Bradley's -Grammar OFFICIAL HAND-WRITING as required MThomab Green the Civil Service Commissioners Most of these Classes have special reference to the and Matriculation Examination at the University of London or to the Entrance Examination of the Theological Department All these Classes are held once week and begin at 30 Elementary Chemistry and the Practical Chemistry Class two hours All other Classes last one hour and half The Fee for each separate subject will be 1Z Is for Four Classes 37 10s for Five Classes 4Z 4$ Science Scholarships and Exhibitions Given by the Clothworkers9 Company -The following will be given every year viz Two Prizes of £10 each Two Scholarships of £20 each tenable for two years Two Exhibitions of £10 tenable for one year II -The Prizes are open at the close of their third or fourth Winter Session to all Students of the Evening Classes who produce certificates of regular attendance on any four of the following Courses of Lectures viz Mathematics Botany Chemistry or Practical Chemistry Mechanics Experimental Physics Applied Physics Geology Mineralogy Physical Geography Physiology Zoology Metallurgy or Applied Metallurgy provided that such Students have not already gained one of the Science Scholarships or Exhibitions in this Department III -The Scholarships and Exhibitions will be open at the close of their First or Second Winter Session to all Students
