THEOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT 95 XVII WORDSWORTH LATIN PRIZE The Lord Bishop of Lincoln gives to this Department in each year copy of his Greek Testament as Prize Junior Prize in the same subject is given by tbe Council SENIOR PRIZE This Prize will be open for competition to those Students of the First Class who have passed their Little Go or First Examination It will be competed for annually at the beginning of the October Term The Examination will be in writing and the subject of Examination will be The first two Books of Cicero de Natura Deorum The Fourth Book of Augustine de Doctrina Christiana with Translations from English into Latin -In 1880 the Third Book of Augustine will be taken as the Subject for Examination JUNIOR PRIZE This Prize will be open for competition to those Students of the Second Class who have passed their Little Go or First Examination It will be competed for annually at the beginning of the October Term The Examination will be in writing and tbe subject of Examination will be The Second Book of Cicero de Natura Deorum with easy Translations from English into Latin
