342 EVENING CLASSES 1875- 1876- 1877- 1878- Oakeshott Robert Nuttman Cork Arthur Charles Tomlin Charles Edward Carr Herbert Wildon Jelp Medal Bronze Medal is given annually in this Depart- ment out of funds presented to the College by the Jelf Testimonial Committee to that Matriculated Student who in the examinations of the Winter Session has gained the highest number of Marks in Divinity and any other two subjects not being Writing Drawing Shorthand or Public Speaking No Prize will be given for less number than 240 marks nor to any one whose Schedule of Attendances is not re- turned properly signed to the Librarian before the last day of the Winter Session In counting the marks for this Medal the following rule will be observed in cases where there is more than one Division of subject In any Second Class only four-fifths of the marks gained will be reckoned in any Third Class only three- fifths and in any Fourth Class only two-fifths In Classes below the Fourth no marks will be reckoned Names of Prizemen 1869- 70 Ricks George 1870- Palmer George 1871- Wilson Robert 1872- Townend Edward 1873- McRae Charles 1874- Compigne Charles 1875- Carless Thomas James 1876- Craighead Robert William 1877- Tomlin Charles Edward 1878-9 Carr Herbert Wildon
