THEOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT 93 XIV TRENCH GREEK TESTAMENT PRIZE The former Pupils and Friends of the Right Reverend Richard Chenevix Trench having presented to the College the sum of 156 the same has been invested in London and North Western Railway per cent Debenture Stock The interest is given annually in one Prize of Books The Prize is open to all Matriculated Students of the College who have been in attendance during any one of the three preceding terms Students of the livening Class Department are subject to special conditions for which see livening Class Department Section XII No one can obtain this Prize twice and no Prize will be given except for absolute merit The next Examination will be held on Saturday May 1S79 in the following subjects viz Preliminary Passages from the New Testament for translation with Grammatical Questions Winer's New Test Grammar Part Sect II The Gospel according to St Luke The 2nd Epistle to the Corinthians Liijhtfoot's Revision of the New Testament The Acts of the Apostles XV-XXVIII Trench on the Seven Churches of Asia Names of Candidates must be sent to the Secretary of the College before o'clock on Saturday April 20 1879
