ANNUAL REFORT tory and the Drawing School and it will be subject of great gratification to them if either by public grant or private munificence they can be placed beyond all pecuniary risk and difficulty The Council hope that this Report will be considered as satisfactory by the Court They confidently believe that the College is now as much as ever doing great educational work on sound and well-tried principles They trust that it is gradually surmounting the difficulties which have impeded its progress and that under Cod's blessing it will be enabled not only to maintain its high place but to play not undistinguished part in the educational advance of the country
