289 lEbenmg lasses WINTER COURSE 1875-76 Classes for Evening Instruction are held at King's Col- lege during the months from October to March inclusive II The Course for 1875-6 will commence on Monday October 11 and terminate on Friday March 31 the last fortnight being devoted to examinations III On Friday October at there will be an opening Lecture in the large Hall of the College by Professor Rogers IV On Sunday October 10 at there will be special opening Service for Evening Class Students and their friends in the Chapel of the College The Sermon will be preached by the Venerable the Archdeacon of Middlesex The second half of the Winter Session will begin on Thursday January 20 1876 II Vacations There will be Vacation at Christmas commencing from after Friday December 17 Ascension Day Whit-Monday the Queen's Birthday and the Prince of Wales's Birthday are kept as Holidays τ
