06 THEOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT XI HOODS Under the special sanction dated March 26 1862 of his Grace the late Archbishop of Canterbury permission to wear distinctive Hood is given subject in each case to the Principal's written approval to Associates of this Department only Forms of application for permission to wear the Hood may be obtained from the Secretary The names of those Associates who have obtained the Principal's permission to wear the King's College Hood are marked with Η in the list of Associates XII TRENCH GREEK TESTAMENT PRIZE The former Pupils and Friends of the Right Reverend Richard Chenevix Trench having presented to the College the sum of 156 the same has been invested in London and North Western Railway per cent Debenture Stock The interest will be given annually in one Prize of Books The Prize is open to all Matriculated Students of the Thdological Department who were in attendance during any part of the three preceding terms No one can obtain this Prize twice The next examination will be held on Tuesday April 25 1S76 in the following subjecis viz Trench on the Authorized Version of the New Testa- ment Trench's Commentary on the Epistles to the Seven Churches in Asia ft The Epistles to Timothy in Greek Names must be sent to the Secretary seven days previous to the date fixed for the Examination No Prize will be given except lor absolute merit
