medical department 221 Its object is to encourage the prosecution of original research in Chemistry This Scholarship is of the annual valueof 20 and is tenable for two years It is given every second year and is open to every Student of the College whether matriculated or occasional It is awarded to the Student who shall have executed the best series of researches in the Laboratory of King's College during the two years immediately preceding the election for six months of which time he must have been pupil in the Laboratory The next Scholarship will be awarded at Easter 1875 The Papers of all Candidates must be placed in the hands of the Secretary by four o'clock on Wednesday March 31 1875 after which time no document will be received Inglt'8 Sccljolarsinps The Inglis Scholarships see page 115 are open to Matri- culated Students of this Department who have completed one and not exceeded three Winter Sessions XV ambrooke ItfU&tcal anb Surgical Kegtstrarsfiips These Registrarskips were founded May 10 1867 by Thomas Godikey Sambrooke Esq of 32 Baton Place In the hope of benefiting and with the desire of in- creasing the usefulness of that most admirable institution King's College London with the Hospital in intimate con- nexion therewith in the which have always taken and continue to feel so deep an interest as well as with view to the advancement and adding to the general usefulness of Medical Science Regulations Two Registrarships are established for Medical and Surgical cases
