256 MEDICAL DEPARTMENT It is required that the Principles of Public Health should be comprised in this Course of Lectures or in the Course of Lectures on Forensic Medicine Morbid Anatomy during Six Months This includes attendance in th Post-Mortem Room during the period of Clinical Study Λ -ί fTwo Winter and Two Clinical Medicine during Samn1er sessions Two Winter and Two Clinical Surgery Summer Sessions The attendance on Clinical Lectures must not commence until after the first Winter Session By Clinical Medicine and Clinical Surgery are intended Lectures on Cases under observation or special Instruction at the bed-side certified by the Teacher Principles and Practice of Surgery Two Winter Sessions The attendance on these Lectures must not commence earlier than the Second Winter Session Midwifery and the Diseases of Women Three Months Certificates must also be produced of having attended not less than twenty Labours and of Instruction and Proficiency in Vaccination Forensic Medicine Three Months VIII Of having passed the Professional Examinations The Professional Examination Every Candidate before he is admitted to Examination will be required to sign Declaration stating whether he has or lias not been rejected within Three months by any of the Examining Boards included in Schedule of the Medical Act The Examination is divided into two parts The First Examination on Anatomy and Physiology will be conducted on successive days as follows On the First day Evening from Seven to Ten by written questions Second day Evening commencing at Seven o'clock viva voce on Dissections and Preparations Examinations of Candidates for the College Licence take place follows 1S72 First Examination Monday February 5th Monday April 1st Monday July 1st Monday October 7th Monday December 2nd Second or Pass Examination Monday February 12th Monday April 8th Monday July 8th Monday October Hth Monday December 9th
