218 medical department Englt's ctf 01arsi tps The Inglis Scholarships see page 111 are open to Matri- culated Students of this Department who have completed one and not exceeded three Winter Sessions XIV Sbambroolie iBU&tcal nnit Surgical lUgfetrarsiJips These Registrarships were founded Mag 10 1867 by Thomas Godfret Sahbrooxe Esq of 32 Eaton Place In the hope of benefiting and with the desire of in- creasing the usefulness of that most admirable institution King's College London with the Hospital in intimate con- nexion therewith in the which have always taken and continue to feel so deep an interest as well as with view to the advancement and adding to the general usefulness of Medical Science Regulations Two Registrarships are established for Medical and Surgical cases II The Registrars must not hold any other appointment or occupy themselves in any public duty in or out of the College or Hospital except with the consent of the Council III Ā£50 year if the amount of interest be sufficient or if less than this sum be received by the College then half the sum received will be paid to each Registrar IV Each appointment is to be made for period of one year the holder to be eligible for re-election to the same appointment for another year No one is to be re-elected to second year of office unless the Committee of the Hospital shall certify to his good conduct in the Hospital during bis past year of service and
