192 MEDICAL DEPARTMENT III MUSEUMS Curator -Charles Kelly The following Rules apply to the office of Curator To be in attendance in the Museum daily from 10 till and to be responsible for the securing and safe keeping for preservation in the Museum of all specimens obtained from the Hospital or elsewhere the result of operations accidents disease or abnormal developments To dissect and prepare for the Museum all specimens that the Museum Committee or any one of the Physicians or Surgeons shall direct To form as far as time will permit collection of Natural Structures To post in the Museum Catalogue succinct description of each new preparation with reference in case of speci- mens brought from the Hospital to the particulars in the Case-book or Postmortem-book New preparations or those remounted to be placed on the table at each meeting of the Medical Board together with record of work done since the previous meeting All Catalogues connected with the duties of the office to be kept in the Museum in the custody of the Curator and to be readily accessible The Curator is elected annually the holder of the appointment being re-eligible if recommended for re-election by the Medical Board The Curator is not allowed to hold any other office in the College or Hospital
