306 EVENING CLASSES Students who matriculate in any one year are retained on the list of Matriculated Students in subsequent years provided they continue to attend at least two classes Boxes are provided in the corridors of the College in which Students may keep their caps and gowns books &c VI All fees are to be paid upon entrance It is important to tbe College authorities that the entries for each Session should as far as possible be made few days before the day fixed for tbe commencement of tbe course in order that the necessary arrangements as to Lecturers and Lecture-rooms may be properly made but Students may enter at any time during the course VII letter of introduction from the Clergyman of tbe District from the Student's Employer or the Head of his office or from some other known person is in every case required upon entrance VIII Further information may be obtained and Fees may be paid at the Secretary's Office from 10 to daily also after the commencement of Lectures from to on the evenings of Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday IX After the commencement of the Course the Principal will fix day and hour lor seeing all Matriculated and New Students All Students entering for any subject which is divided into two or more Divisions will be examined and classified according to proficiency at the beginning of each Session by the Professor or Senior Lecturer in charge of each subject and each Student on obtaining his Card of Admis- sion is to see such Professor or Senior Lecturer For Special Rule as to Prizes and Certificates in connexion with this clause see Section Clause VJI
