100 general literature and science French and German Lectures are given- In French on Monday and Thursday from to In German on Tuesday and Friday from to Special Instruction is also given from to 30 to those wishing for additional time at these subjects An extra German Class will also be formed on Tuesdays and Fridays between the hours of and to meet the con- venience of those Students on whom the study of German is not obligatory and who may he prevented from attending the general class Fee 21 2s per term 51 us per annum II Students who have entered the College since June 18G9 have the right to attend both the French and German Classes and are required to do so unless they obtain exemp- tion from the Principal Students who entered the College before June 1869 are required to attend either French or German In case of any such Student being desirous from any cause to attend both French and German an additional fee of 11 Is per Term or 21 12s 6d for the Year must be paid IV At the examination in June Prize of Books and Certificate of Honour are if merited given to the first and second Students respectively in tbe First Division of each of these subjects and Prize and Certificate of Approval to the first and second Students respectively in the Second Division The Professor of German gives each year Prize called The Professor's Prize for industrious and regular work to that Student who has most distinguished himself in German during the Academical Year by steady work and attention
