210 MEDICAL DEPARTMENT junior Socfcolarsirips Three in each year of £20 tenable for One Year All Matriculated Students of this Department who are also Perpetual Pupils of the Hospital may compete for these Scholarships at the close of their first Winter Session These Scholarships can be held only so long as the Scholar continues to attend Lectures as Matriculated Student at King's College The Divinity pass Examinations for these Scholarships will take place on Saturday March 19 1870 The following will be the subjects of Examination Senior Scholarship The First and Second Books of Samuel The Gospel according to St Luke Second-Tear Scholarship The First and Second Books of Samuel The Gospel according to St Mark Junior Scholarships The First and Second Books of Samuel The Church Catechism But these examinations will be dispensed with in the case of those who shall produce for the Junior Scholarship of the Certificates which are Second-Year mentioned Third-Year at page 171 The Medical examinations for these Scholarships will begin on Monday March 21 1870 The names of Candidates must be sent in writing to the Dean of the Medical Depart- ment before one o'clock on Thursday March 10 after which hour no names will be received
