THE SCHOOL Section XV regulations as to pupils entering the college The following Regulations must be observed in case the parent or guardian of any Pupil in the School desires him to be transferred into the General Literature or Applied Sciences Department of the College He must as rule have attained the age of 16 He must produce to the Principal before he takes out his card of admission Certificate Signed if the boy is in the Division by the Head Master Signed if the boy is in the Β Division by the Vice Master and countersigned by the Head Master β That during at least the two preceding Terms his conduct has been good That he has been diligent in his studies and made fair progress That he is really deserving of admission and may be expected to profit by the College curriculum II All Pupils who have been Two Years in the School have attained the age of sixteen and have passed at least one Term in the Head Master's own Class are allowed by making application to the Secretary on entering the Department of General Literature and Science to take rank as Students of the Fourth Term The same privilege is extended to those who have been in the highest Class of either Division of the School on joining the Department of the Applied Sciences This privilege enables Student to gain the Associate- ship of the College in Two instead of in Three Years
