the school 337 Term to the Pupil in Division who shall answer best in the written examination upon the subject of the experimental lectures -Any boy who obtains the Science Prize the first Arithmetic Prize or the French German or Drawing Prize will on attaining the highest rank in the same subject in any subsequent term be entitled to Certificate of Merit -It is distinctly το be understood that miscon- duct during any part of an academical year will sub- ject boy to the forfeiture of his prize B-Certificates of having obtained Prize in King's College School made out under the signature of the Principal and Secretary may be obtained by application at the College Office Fees 2s 6d for each Certificate Section XV SCHOLARSHIPS Good conduct regular attendance at Chapel and com- petent knowledge of such subjects in Divinity as shall be previously fixed upon are indispensable for the admission of any Student or Pupil to be candidate for Scholarship in this College II Every Scholarship is held subject to the conditions laid down in Clause and subject to forfeiture for mis- conduct III In case there should be no candidate of sufficient merit in any year the Scholarship of that year will not be awarded IV Any Scholar desirous of obtaining Certificate of having gained Scholarship may obtain the same from the Secretary on payment of the fee prescribed by the Council The payments for all Scholarships are made quarterly and the amount due may be applied for in the Secretary's office
