216 MEDICAL DEPARTMENT The following are the subjects of the Medical examination Senior Scholarship Medicine Surgery Midwifery Forensic Medicine Anatomy Physiology Any Candidate failing to obtain 50 marks out of 100 in each of the subjects of Anatomy and Physiology is thereby absolutely disqualified from further examination for this Scholarship The examination papers in Medicine and Surgery will comprise questions on cases which have occurred in the Wards of the Hospital during the Winter Session Junior Scholarships Anatomy of the Bones Muscles and Ligaments and of the Viscera of the Abdomen and Thorax General Anatomy and Physiology of the Organs of Loco- motion Digestion and Circulation Inorganic Chemistry Heat and Static Electricity Second-Tear Scholarship Anatomy Physiology Cbemistry Light Electricity Botany Materia Medica -Attendance on Course or Courses of Lectures on Botany or Chemistry by Pupil of any other Department of the College whether Matriculated or Occasional does not prevent such Pupil if he afterwards enter as as Matriculated Medical Student from competing for the Medical Scholar- ships with Students of the same standing in the Medical Department as himself
