308 THE SCHOOL King's College School consists of two divisions The Division of Classics Mathematics and General Literature The Division of Modern Instruction Section -division of classics mathematics and general literature This division is intended to prepare Pupils for the Universities for the Theological General Literature and Medical Departments in the College and for the learned professions The regular course of Instruction comprises Divinity the Greek Latin English and French Languages Mathe matics Arithmetic Writing History and Geography Hebrew is also taught to the Upper Sixth Class German is taught without any additional charge to Pupils of the sixth fifth and fourth Classes after the regular School hours on Wednesday and on Saturday Pupils of the lower Classes may learn this Language on payment of small additional fee Instruction in Drawing may also be obtained by all pupils on Tuesday and Friday after the regular school hours on payment of small fee See Division for the particulars of the Drawing Class Course of Six Lectures is delivered each Term without extra charge on some branch of popular Science each Lecture being made the subject of written theme by the Pupils
