evening classes 233 In each Class in which less than 10 but at least Students have entered there will be offered Certificate of Honour to the Student who shall be highest in the examination Certificates of Merit as before to the next in sue- cession Whenever Class is divided into two or more divisions each division will be treated as distinct Class as regards Prizes and Certificates The Prizes and Certificates will be open to all Students of the Evening Classes No Prize or Certificate will be awarded except earned by- Regular attendance Good conduct Absolute merit in the examination The highest number of marks assigned to each sub- ject will be 100 The standard for absolute merit which alone will carry Prize or Certificate of Honour will be 75 The standard for Certi- ficates of Merit will be 60 The Prizes and Certificates are distributed at the close of the Session by the Lord Bishop of London or by some other member of the Council XII Scholarships and Prizes open to all Matriculated Students of the College Conditions on which alone such Scholarships and Prizes will be open to Matriculated Students of the Evening Classes They must have entered upon an attendance as Matricu- lated Students on four subjects in addition to Divinity in at least their third year They must be under twenty-two years of age at the time of competition They must not be at the time of competition Graduates of any University or Associates of King's College London -The open Scholarships consists of the Divinity '' the Daniell and the "Inglis
