216 military department the Divinity Lectures and who have pursued their studies in this Department with credit for nine terms or who after having attended six terms have passed their examination for admission to the army with credit are entitled to be recom- mended to the Council for election as Associates of King's College See page 287 for the privileges of an Associate II It will suffice that Student applying for the Associate- ship shall have passed six terms in the Department to which he belongs at the time of the application provided he have passed three terms previously in any other Department of the College III The term of study in the College required to gain the Associateship from the Department of Military Science is reduced to six terms in the case of those Students who have previously passed two years in King's College School and who had passed at least one term in the highest Class of either Division before leaving it IV An Associate of this Department cannot obtain one of the Class Prizes Section VII fees The Fees payable by Matriculated Students amount to £10 17 per Term the Fees for the first two Terms being paid upon entrance except under special circumstances in addition to the following £3 Matriculation Fee including Library 110 Cap and Gown The Calendar £4 15 The terminal fees are to be paid aDd the usual card of ad- mission taken out upon the first day of each Term Boxes are provided in the Corridors of the College in which Students may keep their caps and gowns books &c See 267 Drawers are also provided on similar terms in the Military Class-room
