142 MEDICAL DEPARTMENT The Course of Study required by the Regulations of the College of Surgeons and the Society of Apothecaries com- prises the following Lectures of which the Terms are annexed Number of Sessional Courses Anatomy Descriptive and Surgical with Dissections £9 Physiology General and Morbid Anatomy Chemistry Medicine Surgery Botany Materia Medic Midwifery Forensic Medicine Practical Chemistry 61 19 Students however are recommended to take out Perpetuat Ticket for Chemistry by paying the additional sum of 64 Hospital attendance 31 10 £95 11 VI New Students are strongly recommended to take one year's instruction in the class of the Medical Tutor All Resident Students are required to enter to the Tutor's Class for their first year VII Payment of Fees may be made either in one sum upon Matricidation or in two equal sums the one at the commencement of the Winter Session October 1st and the other after the Christmas Vacation not later than the 21st January unless other arrangements are made at the time of admission VIII The following Fees must also be paid at the time of Matriculation Matriculation Fees including Library £3 Cap and Gown 10 Calendar £4 15 IX If the plan here suggested is carried out the following will be the mode of payment
