50 FORM OF BEQUEST lated at College One of these valuable exhibitions has just been conferred on Student of this College In concluding this Report the Council desire once more to record their undiminished confidence in the soundness of the principles on which the College was founded and has been thus far conducted their humble recognition of the great truth that the well doing and even the existence of this Institution depends exclusively upon Divine protection and their entire reliance upon Him Who is the Fountain of all goodness that amidst all the mutabilities of human things so long as the College remains true to its principles it will not be deserted nor suffered to fall into decay FORM OF BEQUEST TO KING'S COLLEGE LONDON give to the Corporation of the Governors and Pro- prietors of King's College London the Sum of Pounds for the general purposes of the said Corporation or for the foundation of Scholar- ships and Prizes open to the whole College or limited to any particular Department to be paid exclusively out of such part of my Personal Estate as can lawfully charge with the payment of Legacies to charitable uses and desire that the said Sum of Pounds be paid free of all deductions to the Treasurer for the time being of the said Corporation whose Receipt shall be full and sufficient discharge for the same
