theological department י II Certain books and subjects named by the Professors must be read during the vacations III No Student may absent himself from any lecture without the express permission of the Principal being first obtained except in cases of illness and then written notice must be sent to the Principal Section VI examinations-certificates Persons in Deacons' Orders and Graduates of Oxford Cambridge and Durham may on leaving the College have Certificate stating the time of their attendance and the examinations they have passed II At the close of each term an examination takes place in each of the several branches of instruction and the Principal requires all Students to exhibit to him the notes taken at his 13ctures on the 39 Articles Absence from the terminal ex- animation in any one of the subjects without the special permission of the Principal involves loss of the term III All Students have to pass probationary viva voce examination in the following subjects The Greek Testament as far as the Second Epistle to the Thcssalonians 13 The Church Catechism with Bishop Nicholson's Ex- position The Old Testament History Juelli Apologia Ecclesiai Anglicanse This Examination takes place on the first Saturday in each Term Students may present themselves for this Examination at the beginning of their Fourth Term
