general literature and science 71 II It will suffice that Student applying for the Associate- ship shall have passed two years in the Department to which he belongs at the time of his application provided he have passed one year previously in any other Department of the College III The term of study in the College required to gain the Associateship is reduced to two years in the case of those Students who have previously passed two years either in King's College School or in one of the Schools in Union and who had reached the head form of that School before leaving it IV The Extra Course" mentioned in Rule must con- sist of year's attendance upon Hebrew or one of the European not being French or German or Oriental languages taught in the College or else an attendance for year or for complete Course on one of the scientific subjects taught in the College Students of this Department who have obtained the Di ploma of an Associate are in addition to the usual privileges of Associates entitled to enter the Theological Department without examination and at lower fees than are paid by other Students See Theol Dep pages 54 and 58 Section IV FEES The Fees for Matriculated Students amount to 145 per term Upon entrance the fees for the first two Terms must be paid in advance in addition to the following £3 Matriculation Fee including Library 110 Cap and Gown The Calendar £4 15 The terminal fees arc to be paid and the usual card of admission taken out upon the first day of each term Boxes are provided in the Corridors of the College in which Students may keep their caps and gowns books &c See page 223
