170 the school The Prizemen are selected without reference to the Clas- sical Classes in which they are placed No boy can get the same prize more than once in arithmetic Three Prizes each Term to the boys passing the best Evi mination in the following subjects First Prize -Higher parts of Arithmetic including the Extraction of the Cube Root Second Prize -Commercial rules of Arithmetic including Arbitration of Exchange Third Prize -Vulgar and Decimal Fractions AVith the view of preventing any Pupil contending for lower Prize than is consistent with his standing in Arithmetic the Examiner with the assistance of the Arithmetical Master will decide in the case of each Candidate for which Prize he is at liberty to contend The Prizemen are selected without reference to the Clas- sical Classes in which they are placed No boy can get the same prize more than once in drawing One Prize in Geometrical Drawing and one in Landscape Drawing every Term for the best Drawing made by Pupil of the School in german Two Prizes in each Term to the two best German Scholars in the School but no boy can get more than one Prize in the same Academical year in french Six Prizes are awarded in each Term one to the best boy in each Class of the first division but no boy can get Prize twice in the same division 'lhe name of the best boy in each Class of the Second division will be honourahly mentioned at the Public Distribution -It is distinctly to be understood that miscon- duct during any part of an academical year will sub- ject any boy to the forfeiture of his prize
