1 MEDICAL DEPARTMENT The Divinity pass Examinations lor these Scholarships will take place on Saturday March 16th 1850j and the Medical Examinations will begin on Monday April 8th 1850 The names of Candidates must be given in to the Principal before one o'clock on Monday March 11 after which hour no names will be received SUBJECTS FOR EXAMINATION Junior Scholarships Anatomy of the Bones Muscles and Ligaments and of the Viscera of the Abdomen and Thorax General Anatomy and Physiology of the Organs of Loco- motion Digestion and Circulation Inorganic Chemistry Heat and Static Electricity Cicero de Officiis Second-Year Scholarship Anatomy Phvsiology Organic Chemistry Light Electricity Botany Materia Medica Senior Scholarship Medicine Surgery Midwifery Forensic Medicine Anatomy Physiology -Attendance on Course or Courses of Lectures on Botany or Chemistry by Pupil of the Department of General Literature and Science does not prevent such Pupil if he afterwards enter a3 Medical Student from competing for the Medical Scholarship with Students of the same stand- ing in the Medical Department as himself
