lot MEDICAL DEPARTMENT the Leathes and Warneford Prizes and they pay lower amount of fees to the Hospital than Non-matriculated Students Occasional Students or those who enter to one or more particular Classes Every Class is open to such Students on payment of the prescribed amount of fees The regular Course of Instruction in this Department occu- pies either three years or four years according to particular circumstances See following page The year is divided into two Sessions The Winter Session beginning October 2d and terminating about the 'Λ st of March The Summer Session beginning on the 2th of April and ending about 10th of July There are Examinations at the close of each Session that at the close of the Winter Session being followed by public distribution of Prizes Every Student must at the beginning of each Session take out cards from the Secretary's Office for the Lectures which he proposes to attend these must then be countersigned first by the Dean of the Medical Department and secondly by the respective Professors All certificates must be obtained from the Dean Towards the close of each Session certificates of attendance on the Lectures will be prepared for each Student who is entitled to receive them Students are requested to give in their Schedules to the Dean as soon as they procure them from the Hall and the College The Medical Library is open daily to all Students of this Department for the purposes of study see page 112 they also have the use of the General Library see page 105 limited number of Students are admitted to reside within the College see page 166 There is Dining Hall in the Col- lege for the accommodation of Resident and other Students of the College see page 170
